2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Service was not delivered as agreed
- Technical issue was not resolved and cannot be fixed
- Duplicate or incorrect payment was made
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Service has been successfully completed
- Issue arises due to customer misuse or external factors
- Customer refuses service after technician arrival (service call fee applies)
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- Only part of the service was completed
- Additional work was declined by the customer
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within [3–5 days] of the service date
- Requests are reviewed and processed within [5–7 business days]
- Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method
6. Service Call Fees
- Any inspection or visit fee is non-refundable once the technician has arrived on-site
