1. Appointment Cancellation
Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
2. Late Cancellation
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If our technician arrives at the location and the customer is unavailable, a service call fee will be charged.
3. No-Show Policy
- If the customer is not present or does not respond at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered a No-Show.
- Cairo Cool reserves the right to charge a fee or decline future bookings in case of repeated no-shows.
4. Company Cancellation
Cairo Cool reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational reasons, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.
5. Refund Policy
- For prepaid services, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method.
- Any completed service is non-refundable.
6. Emergency Services
Emergency bookings may be non-cancellable or subject to special terms and conditions.
